Some plug-ins do not activate!

I converted my older X license to pro, and some plug-ins do not activate (Uber Menu for example).
In the instructions, it says to go to the Pro/Validation menu item, but the Pro doesn’t show up as show in their screen shots.

What’s wrong?

Is Pro theme active? Once license is converted from X to Pro, you need to download Pro theme from your dashboard here. Then install and activate it. Those Pro menu on the admin will show after it was activated. If in case I misunderstood your issue, it would be best if you can share site URL and credentials inside a secure note so we can check your setup. Thank you.

I updated to Pro, and I still have the issue, even though I deleted the UberMenu plugin, and re-installed it AFTER I upgraded to Pro.

Thank you for the screencast. Now I understand your point.
All plugins that comes with the theme doesn’t need a license for the basic features or functions. No need activating it. Once those plugins needs an update, we will make a compatibility test first before releasing it on auto update. In casess you want a feature that is not included on the basic package of the plugin or an extension that is only available on the paid version of the plugin, that is the point you need license. You will need to buy the license.
