Some pages page content not showing in frontend after update to the latest version.
In the backend the pages were fine, but in the frontend the page content isn’t showing.
When I reverted back to the stable version everything works.

Hi @cirrus7,
Thanks for reaching out.
I have visited all two sites listed in your Themeco Account, the live one having the older version of theme whereas the staging server is not accessible due to the HTTP authentication. I would suggest you update the theme in the staging server and share all the credential if the issue exists in it.
Please provide the following details in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
Thanks
The live one and the staging one theme was reverted to the current stable version 3.2.3 due to the issue I’ve mentioned.
I’ve now updated the staging theme version to the latest, and here are the credentials for staging.
Also, here is one page of the issue https://staging.cirrus7.com/agb/ , also all the footer links.
Page styles of my account page and cart page are also being overwritten. Is there a way to just keep all the styling from the previous version of the theme but all the other parts updated?
Thanks
Hi @cirrus7,
Regretfully, the staging WP admin credential is not working, please double check it so that we can help you solve your issue.
Thank you.
Hello,
I’ve tried the login twice just now in incognito, it’s working for me.
Maybe you had space in them?
There should be no space in it.
Thanks
Hi @cirrus7,
Now we are able to logged in into your website, and found that the pages are having the content but unable to load into the page builder due to some JavaScript errors. There might be some different reason behind your reason, I would like to suggest troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.
1.Plugin Conflict
2.Theme Update related issue
3.Child Theme Related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache
6.Disabling CDN
If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
Hope it helps, please let us know if that does not resolve your issue.
Thanks
