Some items in pro header not visible anymore on live site, but visible in header builder

Hello there ThemeCoPros,

I have a site built on Pro, that was working great, but now has issue displaying parts of a header.

Site on Pro 4.1.1
Pro Child Theme 1.0.0
WP 5.6

It has two headers, for this site, one for the main home page - the other for all other pages.

Issue is as per topic: some items in the header are no longer visible anymore on live site, but still visible in header builder.

I did not make any specific changes to the header that caused this.

Can I ask that you please inspect the header and if necessary login to website and advise?

Thanks for writing to us.

I tried to access your site dashboard, unfortunately, I am not able to access your site dashboard due to your security plugin settings.
Please have a look at the given screenshot below.

I would suggest you temporarily disable the security plugin and let us know so that we can investigate your settings.

In case if you want to set the custom header to the page, you can select the condition as "Page Specific’ and then select your page from the select box.
