Some headers no longer visible

I have a 17 page site. Most of the pages have their own unique header. This has worked for months.

On 3 of the pages, the images that go with the headers just stopped showing up. The top bar with the menu and home page links is working, just no image.

The pages are:

As far as I know, there were no changes to those pages or those individual headers.

Problem occurs on multiple browsers. I’ve flushed cache several times.

Thank you.

Best Regards.

The missing video is for the footer site-wide and is not related to the header issue. The footer has been deleted and the problem is still there.

I have a staging site with ALL plugins disabled except for Superfly Menu. It’s just the theme with nothing else and those 3 pages mentioned are still missing their header images. Disabling the lone plugin (Superfly) does not fix the issue either).

The images for those 3 pages show up in the header builder but not on the front end.

You may make any changes or updates necessary to the staging site. Login info attached.

Hi Stella,

I have checked the Header builder and found that the images are showing from the Home Page set to your website. The Header and Footer builder always shows the output in the Builder with the Home Page. If you want those pictures to be shown on the specified pages, you need to add those into the Header.
If that is not the case and you are trying to point out something else, please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem.

The home page is not an issue.

If you look at the site, we did assign specific unique headers to individual pages. 14 of the pages work fine and have their own unique headers. 3 pages also used to work fine with their own unique headers.

Only those 3 pages mentioned earlier stopped working. The image is showing in the builder and the headers are assigned but the image does not show on the front end.

Front end:

link to that page

Why is the image not showing on those 3 pages only when it used to and neither the pages nor the headers were edited?

Hello Stella,

The page-specific headers should have a priority number of 0.

Your “Products” header which is assigned for the entire site should have a priority number of 1.

Lastly, the “Site Fallback” header which is also having assigned for the entire site should have a priority number of 2.

Kindly check your pages now.
