Some features on x theme is causing me problems to design website

After I went back and forth with godaddy there’s a feature that doesn’t make me use cornestone to design the site. I reinstall wordpress and everything and the message I get once I begin using cornestone on the ‘agency theme’ is this:

This page isn’t working
(website.com) redirected you too many times.
Try clearing your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Cookies has been already cleared, still I have the issue.

Please help me fix that problem.

I tried logging into the backend of website but I am getting This page isn’t working gorodgar.com redirected you too many times. message. Actually I am unable to open the login page.

In front end I see bunch of error message showing up. Please see screenshot.

It seems that the HTTPS configurations has not been done properly. Please make sure to include HTTPS under Settings > General > WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL).

If it does not help, please share FTP login details (hostname, username, password) in a secure note for us to take a closer look.

Hi I tried everything including godaddy support and it’s not working. I even tried to remove WP reinstall, and just use only cornestone without the plugins and still having the same issue.

I have updated the SSL certificate for the domain but i guess that’s not going to be the main issue.

I’m going to share FTP.

Hi There,

Your issue is beyond theme support and it is related to hosting. I have tried defining your domain name on wp-config.php file and still the issue persist.

define('WP_HOME','https://example.com');
define('WP_SITEURL','https://example.com');

Also try testing your SSL using this tool (https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/) and inform your hosting provider.

Hi I guess that I did update the SSL few hours and didn’t wait until 6hrs. Maybe this may cause the issue that you can’t solve on the features of theme. I contacted support yesterday and was told that plugins or theme is what cause the issue. I’ll wait tomorrow and see if I can do something.
