I just installed a new instance of X and it’s giving me some interesting issues. The sections, rows and columns will not display any of the normal features such as “advanced backgrounds”. It looks as only a fraction of the features are actually there. In the Inspector, when clicking on “design” or “customize”, no additional elements are presented.
Do I need to re-install X? I am running PHP 7.0 on a GoDaddy hosted site.

Thanks for writing in! With the latest release, there is now an advanced mode which you need to enable to access those options.
Head over to X -> Cornerstone -> Settings option.
And then enable Advanced Mode under Preferences.
