Hi there I’m having some issues where certain elements on my website only appear to be functioning if I’m logged into Cornerstone. For example, I have a modal button that works if I’m logged into the cornerstone builder, but if I open the site in an incognito window or browser where I’m not logged in, the modal does not work. The same with my search bar and my popup on the site. This used to work without any issues did a recent update cause any of these types of conflicts?

This type of issue mostly happens due to the Server Level Cache, I would suggest you contact your hosting provider to purge all the server level cache.
Before anything else, I would also like to inform you that your support period has already expired. Support is included for 12 months from the time of purchase (6 months if purchased from ThemeForest or CodeCanyon), and you can extend it for 6 months or 12 months. You’ll save 25% by extending for 12 months. It will renew at the end of the term, and you can cancel at any time from within your account.
