Hi there,

Would you mind providing a screenshot of what you’re seeing? The slider and the grid are displayed okay in the home page, or are you perhaps expecting different content? Or please provide more details on how we can find the issue

Thanks!

Hi,

I think the problem only shows when viewing the homepage inside cornerstone when editing. The Rev Slider isnt showing its contents and also The Grid. Unlike the other pages where Rev Slider is present.

I’ll insert some screen shots for you.

Hi there,

This seems weird, it’s outputting some javascript code in the builder (which causes the error) but not in the actual page. The script is another slider (due to ID #rev_slider_8_2) but I can’t find where it’s added. The slider on your home page is #rev_slider_8_1. Do your host something like internal caching?

So I did got to slider’s setting under Troubleshooting section and turned on the jQuery No Conflict Mode and the slider is now being displayed in the preview.

But the issue still persists in the first section and EG. Would you mind providing your FTP login credentials? I’ll check if there are any internal issues related to this. For the meantime, please re-install your theme and cornerstone. The first section should work since it’s just a video background.

Thanks!

Hi Rad,

First of all thank you for your help. No as far as I know, I only installed W3 Total Cache and disabled it already.

Yes I saw its working now.

Ofcourse, I’ll send it through Secure note.

Okay I will.

Thanks again.

Hi there,

Thank you for providing the information, I did a test and unfortunately did not understand why this is happening on that specific page. I even added a template of that page and added a test page and saw that The Grid section is a tiny line and not rendering after deleting all other sections.

I even tried to use the Raw Content element and using the [the_grid name=“Home Grid”] shortcode to add The Grid with the same result.

I suggest that for the time being you use the Homepage with the Skeleton mode:

Or you can create a new page and start over the homepage from scratch.

Thank you.
