Some content area modals are not opening

I’m having trouble with the content area modal. I have several modal on a page and half of them will not open or even show as clickable.

I have seen in the other threads that this can be due to not having the proper closing tags. In my case I can not find any open tags. All the modals contain slides only as their content.

What am I missing?

Hi @Jansing,

It seems that the Modal contains the Revolution Slider and that might be the reason behind your issue. It creates a layer over the second and third columns of the modal and that is why it is not clickable.

It has been also found that you are still using the older version of Pro, I would suggest you update it to the latest version i.e 4.1.5 and check if that issue still exists or not.

I update to the latest version but the problem still persists.

Does this mean that the Slider is not compatible with the modal? Or this more of a layout problem?

I click all the content modal and they are all opening on my end. I suggest that you clear your browser cache and please check the video about the test I made on the page.
