How can I create a gallery post type with Gutenberg? All of the other formats appear to be supported since the settings appear in an accordion at the bottom of the page.
I recall that galleries need to be setup upon creation of the post, but must be missing a step.

Sorry folks, I realized my mistake. I was pulling from the media library and did not upload the images directly to the post to have them appear as a gallery.
