Hi,
I’m using PRO (actual version) and need Envira albums for my website. I followed the instructions (dectivate, install the new, enter code in function.php of the child theme) but nothing worked.
I do have access to Envira gallery but not to the licence page and I’m not able to upload addon’s.
Please help me out.

UPDATE:
I figured it out after chatting with Envira support:
Go to dashboard >>Envira Gallery >> settings
open the web-developer console (or similar) to see HTML and CSS of the site. Search for “envira-settings”
Just above the tr envira-settings-key-type-box you’ll see the envira-settings-key-box: https://cl.ly/14af33d1d9c1
click on that tr with the id of envira-settings-key-box
on the right (in the styles) you’ll see something like display none on that table row
turn that off (but there is another one as well)
so turn both of those CSS rules off and you should see the settings box
Then you are able to enter the code in the box and installing addons is possible.
Hope this will help out others here, since the function.php-hint was not working at all.
