You could be having cache issue only, please check for the following first:

1. DISABLING CACHE
2. DISABLING CDN
3. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
4. CHILD THEME
5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY

Sorry for the confusion, as my colleague found this is not working only at your end, he suggested to troubleshoot the common issues which may be the cause behind this unusual behaviour, so we will recognize the exact issue through that.

If you find the issue still persists your end, I suggest you consult with a local developer who can inspect and investigate the issue specifically at your machine.
