Social Media Icons and Arrows Not Showing

On my MacBook everything looks fine in all browsers but on several colleagues windows machines the social icons don’t show, just boxes. This is happening in IE, Chrome, Chrome Incognito (to verify it’s not a caching thing). Also, the left and right arrows on the Rev Slider banner show as Japanese symbols in IE.

Any idea what could be causing this?
