Social Links not clickable on mobile

Hi,

On one section of a new site I downloaded a content section from the design cloud but in mobile view the social links are not clickable.

The site is https://eireconstruct.ca/ and the section is: https://eireconstruct.ca/#contact

Hoping you can help please.

Hi @jayvly

For me, the two Facebook icons, phone and mail icons are all clickable and the links are set up correctly.

Note that when in the Pro editor, links will open the element associated with the link, not the link itself. You need to test links like this from a mobile or inspect it on a pc.

So I just realized that on Chrome (android mobile) they are not working.

Unfortunately, I can not replicate the issue on my device. All the links are clickable.

I did notice that the Messenger icon link does not work properly. Make sure to add https:// before the link in the Pro editor. This will create your outbound link.

To confirm, here is the full text you need for the outbound link:

https://m.me/eireconstructionpei

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra if that helps on Chrome.

Thanks for reaching out.

I just check your website on my Android phone in Google Chrome but I can’t replicate the issue on my end. I suggest that you will clear your mobile browser cache.
