Social icons to be in a menu at a certain viewpoint

I am trying to add social icons to my menu but only for a certain view point. See example below:

Thanks for writing in!

Please be advised that you cannot modify or add any custom contents in a navigation collapsed or navigation layered element. You may need to use content area off canvas element and add your custom menu and the social icons instead.
