Social icons size issue

I want to enlarge the social icons in footer. I found this code below from another post (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/social-icons-in-topbar-and-footer/1335)

.x-social-global a {
font-size: 24px !important;
}

But it only works on my home page and blog page not other pages. Please help!
