Have a client trying to share their new website on their FB page. When they share, it is pulling the first image shown on the page rather than either the page featured image that I have set or even the Social fallback image set in the Customizer…any ideas?

All updates were made and FB post still catching incorrect image. Anything else to do there?

By default, Facebook shows the thumbnails from the meta “og:image” tag. I checked your site and I could not able to find any “og:image” tag in your page source code so the Facebook it taking the default image from the page that is “givingimage.jpg”.
To show the custom image in the Facebook thumbnail please have a look at this article
