We are using the Snippet X plugin and i am trying to set schema on our pages (courses and training). I would like to select the “product” schema or “review”. However we end up with some errors from google that i cannot edit on Snippet page settings.
I am not sure what would fit best our pages (diving and freediving courses) between " Article, blogposting, event, newsarticle, person, product, review" Ideally we would like to show our ratings on snippet.

If you prefer to show the ratings the review snippet type should be a suitable one for your case scenario.
I suggest that you check this link to learn more about how to set up the plugin and how you have individual options for each page to set additional info using the Snippet plugin.
Snippet plugin is meant to be used for simple introductory options and it does not allow you to delve into super detailed snippet code. If you are interested in more flexibility you can consider using a third-party plugin such as Yoast:
