Snippet pluggin for Schema

I’ve read a few posts on this forum in which general recommend is to install the Snippet plugin in order to manage Schema across a site - but these posts are from 2017/2018.

Is this still the recommended way to manage/access/edit Schema of a site built with Pro/Cornerstone?

Thanks,
Michael

Hi Michael,

Thanks for reaching out.
You can use the Snippet extension for Schemas. I would suggest you go through the following documentation on the extension.

Hope it helps.
Thanks

Is that Snippet plugin of yours still maintained and updated?

@tristup - thanks for the reply - to be clear, I think this Snippet plugin is too restrictive for what I need so I was wondering if there is a more modern, up-to-date recommendation.

For context, I have a gallery, and I’d like to added schema information to the Gallery components/page etc. The site also uses ACF to create custom Post types and taxonomies; Please correct me if I’m wrong, but the Snippet plugin would not be useful for this level of data structuring, right?

Hey Michael and @JvP,

Our Snippet plugin is a simple plugin. If you need a comprehensive plugin, you will need to look for a snippet plugin that is suitable for you. What we recommend is you look at comparison articles to guide you what snippet plugin to use like this article: https://wpengine.com/resources/schema-wordpress/

Ok, thanks @christian

No problem, @JvP.
