I have seen that some websites are using a icon into their google snippet description . How could be added such icon ? which icons are available for that one ? thanks

If I understand it properly, you are trying to show icon in your title and description of your google search result list.

If so you can generate the HTML code using this link with the icon
http://saney.com/tools/google-snippets-generator.html
and use the HTML code snippet in your Yoast seo title and description field.
