Snippet - Google Search Console Errors

Hi,

I have just started getting Google Search Console errors to do with reviews on my website. The Snippet section for each review is correctly set-up with all fields completed. The error comes with the below text:

Top Errors
Errors can prevent your page or feature from appearing in Search results. The following errors were found on your site:
Item does not support reviews

Are you able to help with this?

Thanks for writing in! Please understand that you are using Testimonial Rotator plugin and since this is a 3rd party plugin, please ask further assistance from the creators of the plugin. They should be able to give you a resolution to your issue.

Hello RueNel,
Although Testimonial Rotator is being used for the testimonials, Snippet is the plugin which is being used for the rich snippets. Testimonial Rotator have told me that their plugin simply allows testimonials to be shown in list or ratated for, but it does not handle rich snippets.

Hello again RueNel,
Having searched the forums, I have found that I was given incorrect information about the rotator. There is a setting for the most basic of rich snippet data - a single field. It has now been disabled and Snippet is providing the rich snippets as expected. My apologies for my initial incorrect information!
