Site does not scroll smoothly to the several parts of my site when clicking the main menu items. The links does not stop at the title but a bit after that.
It does work with IE (Edge) but not on FF and Google Chrome. Same issue on my Android tablet.
Second, which applies to all browsers I have tested, the min menu bar does not smoothly appear when scrolling down from the slider revolution. It worked before.
I recently updated the X theme but it did not solve both issues.

I couldn’t replicate this issue on my end. I’ve already tried with Window 10: Chrome, FF, Edge browsers.
Could you please tell us which OS and browsers are you using?
Please also purge all the server cache & browser cache, cookie, … then try again.
