Sluggish menu navigation

The site I’m working on:

When you move your mouse around the black top bar menu items, the selected menu gets highlighted in red, and some menus have dropdown. But notice how slow and unresponsive the menus are to go back to normal again, when you move your mouse away from them again.
I’ve tried to find the css responsible for this sluggish behaviour, but have not been able to. Anyone know what is causing this?

Thank you for the URL. Can you try adding this custom CSS:

  .x-dropdown.x-active {
     transition-duration: .1s;
  }

The duration is .2 second by default.
