Since I’ve been using X theme my site is very slow. Is there a possibility that one of your staff can help me out and check potential problems?

Regretfully, we do not provide performance tweaks as part of our theme support.
We’d be interested to know though if X really is slow so can you give us a speed comparison of X versus your old theme? We need to really measure the difference. Please also note what features of X you’re using as compared to the other theme. For example, your old theme might be using a system font as compared to X which uses a beautiful Google Font by default. Just by that, X would surely be a bit slower but the trade off is you have a beautiful font. If you prefer speed over looks, you can
Also, X or themes in general are just part of your whole WordPress site. Plugins could be a part of your page’s loading time too so also deactivate all 3rd party plugins when your comparing.
