I don’t know where you pay for the support? The support forum has a 24h reply time frame which is pretty quick in the theme business…
There is no separate paid support. The support estimate is 24hr (no guarantee) and anytime you bump the thread (reply) you will reset the response time. The response time is about the same as it was with the older forums.
Yes… Support tends to be slow with this company. slower than most themes ive ever used… and i dont even love the theme (using pro)…
