Taking into account that you used the Revolutions Slider and The Grid plugins the behavior that you described is expected.
The slider that you used does not have height at first because the slide is not loaded yet. That is why the next section four icons show instead. Then slider loads and pushes the icons down.
The same thing happens with The Grid slider as it is not showing initially.
If that is something that is annoying for you, consider using the preloader feature of the Revolution Slider plugin. Kindly read more about the feature here and here.
There is also an option for The Grid to have a preloader which you can read more about here. But I did not test that myself personally and I am not sure how effective it will be.

I did set the preload but I can see again the problem…

It seems that your SSL settings is not properly setup. At the moment, we are having this error:
Please go to your general settings, Settings > General and change your Site URL and WordPress Address URL from https into http only.

Sorry about that, I can access your site now, I can’t see the issue here (https://moli.se/test/) because that page does not have a slider.
The issue here (https://moli.se/), is what Christopher mentioned above, your Slider does not load immediately so the content underneath it takes that above the fold space for a few seconds and then when the slider loads it pushes the content underneath it.
Try setting your Slider’s Lazy Loading behavior to Single so it can load the slider immediately.
Set the default Lazy Loading behavior for your Module’s images

Yes, I can still see the issue on your homepage. At this point you might want to try to set min-height on your slider. It might help but overall the page is heavy with images and scripts. You might need to optimize the page. Please check this guide.
Then also try settings a min-height on cards section.
