Sliders, JS, Shortcodes - None of it works

When trying to make a simple CSS slider in Cornerstone today, I encountered a bunch of problems.
Here’s a list of things that are not working in my cornerstone:

  • pure CSS sliders (they worked perfectly in codepen)
  • classic slider (the one built into cornerstone)
  • shortcodes (generated by downloaded slider plugins)
  • any JS or jquery (I’ve noticed this for a while now)

Can someone please give me some options on what this might be?

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! Please keep in mind that the classic slider have it’s own JS and css files built in the Cornerstone plugin files. You cannot override any of the JS and CSS files. If you are creating a css slider, please make sure that it is using its own classes to avoid any conflict with other sliders you may have in your site.
