Hey,

I’m getting a “Slider Revolution YouTube api could not be loaded. Check and renew SSL error” in Chrome only. The background YouTube video plays fine on Safari.

It might be the issue of the cache. Please purge all the cache and clear your browser cache as well then check it again. If it doesn’t work please check if you are using the latest supported version (by X/Pro) of Rev Slider which is currently version 6.2.21. Using a supported version of the bundled plugins important because the versions are tested by the theme which avoids incompatibility issues.

If you are using a supported version, try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

In case the issue persists, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

I did try purging server cache and it still wasn’t working, but tried the browser cache and that solved it. I guess it was holding on to something.
