Slider revolution won't work

Slider revolution is not working on my page. Is there a trick? When i drag it onto my page says slider with alias not found.

Generally Alias not found error message states that slider you are trying to load does not exists. You can refer following article to learn more about the error message and the solution for the same.

Yeah that does not seem to work. Although maybe i am doing it wrong it will not really let me design a slider or what i would really like to do is download the premade templates. Do you know how to do that?

Thanks for the answer but i am looking for the examples-v5.x folder to down load the template from my computer but it does not exist in my files like it is supposed to.

Hi there,

I am not sure which folder are you talking about. If you want to have some starter sliders you can use of the free starters of the Revolution Slider and use the Import/Export function to import the template files of the sliders to your Revolution Slider installation. For more information:

i tried this but there is no examples-v5.x folder in my x theme download folder?

Hi There,

The folder examples-v5.x is only available on the Revolution Slider package (from ThemeForest), not with the X Theme.

You can download free Revolution Slider templates here instead. And import it to your site.
