Slider Revolution won't duplicate

Hi i am trying to duplicate a slider in revolution slider. I have done this hundreed of times on sites and for some reason. it just won’t do it. I thought it may be because i hadn’t registered the copy so did that and it still won’t do it. I have put my login below

Thank you for reaching out to us.I checked and tried duplicating a slider inside the Revolution Slider overview page and it’s working fine. I duplicated Church Upcoming Events slider by following these steps:

  • Hover on the slider you want to duplicate, and click on the down arrow icon on the right:

  • Now click the Duplicate button to duplicate the slider:

Sorry, I have not I want to duplicate the agency slider and it won’t. I basically want a few duplicates so i can add a different video ona. few pages and also change the text.

Hello Tim,

I have logged in again and duplicated your slider without any hitch.

It could be a browser cached that may have caused the issue. Please clear your browser cache or use private browsing mode and test your site again.

Weird still won’t let me duplicate but I only need a few so I am not too worried will just use the ones you’ve done !

Use Chrome or Firefox browser and test it again.
I am using Chrome and clicking duplicate doesn’t have any issues on my end.

Yes, you can just use the one I have duplicated.
