Slider Revolution video slider not displaying on Safari

Hi there,

I love the Xtheme, great work! I am using Slider Revolution with Xtheme on my Wordpress site, https://physioeireann.com, and I am using a Youtube video slider on my homepage.

I want the video to play automatically, so i set it to autoplay in the plugin settings. This works on the browsers Chrome, Firefox, etc. - but when i try to access it on Safari browser, the video is not playing for me - it goes to a black screen and i have to click the black screen to play it.

I would be very grateful if you could give me any guidance on the matter,

Hey Sean,

Safari blocks video autoplay and there’s currently no way to override it. See https://techcrunch.com/2017/06/05/auto-play-block/

It seems like it worked, I was able to see it on Safari on my MacBook Pro, it took a while to load though. Was faster on Chrome…
