Slider Revolution video does not load on mobile unless you select or swipe

Hello,

I created a few pages with slider revolution videos only but when you load the page through mobile the video just shows a line where the video is and then takes about 20 seconds. If you click the line or swipe down the video loads immediately.

Hello @Fair,

Thanks for writing to us.

I tried to access your site but it is not accessible at my end due to your security plugin. I would suggest you disable the security plugin then let us know so that we can check it at our end.

Thanks

I unblocked country access, please try again.

Any update? Thank you.

Hello Jonathan,

Please edit each of your sliders and set a minimum height in your Slider General Module Options.

if this does not work, kindly provide us access to your site so we can check one of your slider settings. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

To know how to create a secure note, please check this out: How The Forum Works

Kindly let us know how it goes.

Hello,

That did not work after I changed that setting and then cleared the cache the video still did not load.

Hello Jonathan,

You are using Sucuri plugin. It is blocking us from logging in.

See the secure note below.

Please temporarily deactivate the plugin while we are troubleshooting the issue. Thanks.

I disabled, please check again

Hey Jonathan,

If the Min Height solution is acceptable to you, you will need to set it in the Column element where you inserted your slider in Cornerstone.

You can also try enabling all the Layer Area Sizes and the Keep Breakpoint Heights options.

Just want to add that when asking for support, please kindly deactivate restrictions and caching as we could not see the result of settings so we can only guess. Your caching is too aggressive even with the caching plugin deactivated. The web host’s server-side caching must be disabled too.

Thanks.

I believe the min height fixed it, or disabling WP Rocket plugin. I disabled as much on the server side caching as i could as well as disabling the sucuri firewall plugin.

Hello Jonathan,

It is good to know that the issue has been resolved. We are glad @Christian’s solution was able to help you out. 1. Should you need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Cheers.
