Slider revolution unable to import slider

[Varnavas]

Hi there, the problem is in the title. All system requirements are green, all wordpress files 644, all folders 755, uploads folder 777 and yet the slider can’t import. Ideas?

Hello @Varnavas,

Thanks for asking.

Please note that Error: Could not create directory message is related with permissions. However as you have mentioned in the question that you have changed file permission. In that case I would suggest you to get in touch with hosting provider as they are better placed to troubleshoot this issue. Also please make sure that the server hosting your website have following settings, at least following values or higher is what you should have:

max_execution_time 60
memory_limit 128M
post_max_size 32M
upload_max_filesize 32M

Thanks.
