Slider Revolution Timeline won't adjust

Was looking but not seeing anything about this so thought I would post.

When I try to move the timeline (blue) farther out in time (to the right), the time scale doesn’t move and i can only go to the end or the visible area (about 9.5s). Normally you would grab the scrollbar and slide everything and could then again move the end of the timeline (blue).

What is happening is the objects on the slider move, but not the top timeline does not - how can I move the scale (blue) to 10s, 15s or more - can’t move the timeline (i.e. move 9s to center of window).

Notice also the gap - shaded area to the left of blue line at 07:57s to approx 3.5s?? Normally this is aligned at the 7:57s blue line.

Sorry if i am not explaining this very well, but have spent the last 2hrs trying to figure out if I set something wrong, but noticed all (the ones I checked) my other sliders are doing the same thing. Another strange thing is I keep getting large delay offsets in the settings - this isn’t normal.

thanks for any help.

OMG - This is exhausting…

The issue was being caused by the Essential Grid plugin (Version 2.2.4 ) - once it was deactivated the timeline now slides with the horizontal slide control - see below:

There has to be a better way to diagnose these issue other than disabling all plugins with each error!

Hi there,

Thanks for writing in.

Unfortunately, it’s the only way since disabling the plugin also disables the entire feature and assets of that plugin instead of troubleshooting one file at a time and through developer tools. But glad you found the cause of the issue. Though, I’m not getting this issue with both slider and essential grid are active. Please provide your site’s URL and admin login credentials in a secure note and I’ll check it myself. For the meantime, make sure there are no active cache feature.

Thanks!
