Slider revolution text disappear

iv added a slider revolution slider, it works well on desktop
however on mobile, the text id disappears as well is, the web site won’t scroll down smoothly

Tried to remove all Js code to prevent a conflict - can see any addons conflict

The error pointed out by my colleague is not an issue we can solve as it is web hosting related. Please contact your web host support first and only after they’ve fixed the error and the text still doesn’t show up, we will continue to investigate. By then, you can give us WordPress Admin access in a Secure Note.

I have disabled all add ons on our web site - still same error - so this might be related to server ?
can you be more specific what should be done on server side ?

Hi @yacov,

Those errors are originating from Continually plugin, but not related to the slider. But if you wish to fix those errors then I recommend contacting the plugin author.

As for the scrolling issue, it’s a conflict between smooth scrolling plugin and the slider, because the slider captures the touch event skipping or blocking the smooth scrolling action. You can try disabling the smooth scrolling and test it again to make it consistent.

As for the missing text, this is what I’m seeing

Warning - ID: services exists already and was converted to: services_1

One of the sliders is causing that, could you try the process of elimination? By removing the slider one at a time while testing it, if it works then the last eliminated slider is the culprit.

I also found that you’re not managing your content on smaller devices causing for the texts and other layers to clipped outside the viewport. Changing any layers from that view is only taking effect on that view.

Removed Smooth scroll and Continually plugin - still the same error

I assume that you managed to fix the text not showing the problem as you did not give us any feedback on the process of elimination and finding the culprit when it comes to the slides themselves.

The scrolling problem is gone when I checked the website using my iPhone XR. Would you please kindly clear your browser cache or check another device to give it a try?
