Slider revolution, text and buttons vanish from my slider in tablet mode

Hi there

I have made a slider in slider revolution which is now currently visible on www.misfitsunified.com/hire-us (will be moved to another page once finished). I have configured the slider for desktop and mobile view however when it comes to tablet view the text and buttons vanish (this is first apparent on the 2nd slide). I have repositioned the buttons and text to make sure they are not outside the canvass area but have no luck. This problem seems to be applying to many slides where either (or both) text and buttons are not appearing. Can you please tell me how to solve this? Thanks

Thanks for writing in! This is what I am seeing in tablet view.

Bothe the text and the button in visible on my end. Please use the classic Slider Revolution element. You may add it directly into your page. By the way, please check out this video tutorial also:

Hi, thanks for the reply but I don’t think I explained my problem properly because your response does not address my issue. There is no problem with the first slide at all, the problem starts with the 2nd slide and many other slides thereafter. Please not the problem only exists on the tablet view which I have set at 778px by 480px.

I have attached two images of the 2nd slide, the first is the desktop view which shows the buttons and text in the correct place, the second is the tablet view which shows that the text and buttons are not visible at all. I do not understand what the problem is or how to make these layers visible. Can you please help me with making the text and buttons appear on the tablet view.

Hey Mitica,

Thank you for providing more details. I see the text disappears on certain screen sizes so we need to check your slider settings. Please give us the following info in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Hello Mitica,

Thanks for the credentials. I have logged in to your site and I found out that the text layer was enabled in particular screen size:

I went ahead and enabled the setting. The text and buttons are now displaying. Please do check the other layers in your other slides.
