Slider revolution template not uploading to site

I can no longer add a slider from the template. It used to work, but stopped working after last x theme update. I deactivated plugin and reactivated it but I’m still getting a red plus sign under the help button whenever I try to add a slider from the template. Thanks!

Thanks for writing in! Please make sure that you’re fully updated including X theme, Cornerstone and Slider Revolution plugin. You can check the latest version numbers from here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195).

The next possible cause would be that you may experiencing a plugin conflict. You can disable your 3rd party plugins and then try to import a slider and see if that resolves your issue.

Another possible cause would be that the slider file you’re trying to upload may have been corrupted. You can try importing another example slider to verify it.
