Slider Revolution Suddenly Showing Black Between Slider & Video

Hello,

All of the sudden (just noticed this week), Slider Revolution is putting a black box behind it despite there not being background layers. This worked beautifully for about 4 months and happened suddenly.

_Edit: To clarify, the video is a layer inside the Pro content page underneath the Slider Revolution

I checked your site but could not access it at the moment. I am getting this message.

Do you have any ip restriction set in your server, do you mind deactivating it for a while so we can check.

For the mean time, you can try setting your video as background in Revslider Revolution.

It appears that the Revolution Slider is suddenly putting a black background on all transparent sliders throughout the site

Thanks for updating in! Your slider were added inside a section. Please remove the negative margins of the section and make sure that the background color of the section is blue and not black.

Thank you for your response. I just removed negative margins and made sure the background color is not black. It still appears with a black box. Would you be able to look on the back end if I give you credentials privately?

I am suspecting that it is because of your Jetpack plugin’s Site Accelerator module. Please deactivate this module and test your site again.

Oh my gosh, that was it. Thank you so much. While my site just jumped from 1.8 secs load time to 3.6, it’s a tradeoff I’ll accept for now and work to decrease that time with other methods. Thanks so much!
