Slider Revolution Purchase Code not accepted - premium features

Hello everybody,

I use X Theme and just bought an Slider Revolution Purchase Code, to be able to use all premium features like addons
or premium templates.

Unfortunately, the purchase code isn’t accepted. In Slider Rev Support forum I found, that it might be blocked
by X Theme. How can I use the full Slider Rev version with all premium features?

Thanks for reaching out.

May I know the error you’re getting when you add the purchase code? Please make sure you’re applying your Revolution Slider’s purchase code and not the purchase code of the theme.

You may provide screenshot too.
