Slider Revolution Plugin Update not working

Hello there!

Is Slider Revolution included in Theme package? - or am I wrong? It has been a while since I have done work to the website so apologies in advance if the question is daft :slight_smile:

When I click update instead of starting to update to the latest version it comes up with a new screen.

Where do I go from here? I don’t recall having to purchase this plugin.

Thanks for reaching out.
The Slider Revolution plugin is included with the theme package and the supported version is available in automatic update from the WordPress dashboard Plugins menu.

If you still find any difficulties, please delete the plugin from the Plugins page and re-install it from Pro/X > Validation. Before you delete the plugin, please remember to take a backup of your slides by exporting, so if anything wrong happens, you will be able to import those from your backup.
