Slider revolution pixel line & overlay page

Sorry I contact the support one month ago and completely forgot to check back, now the topic is closed and can not reply there. I check the Slider Layout Sizing and it is set to “Fullscreen”.

I am also having another problem, I asked theme co to create an overlay page that I could edit my self to add my contact information and now is not working anymore… could you also help me there?

Thanks for reaching out!

I just check your website on different browsers ( Google Chrome, Firefox MS Edge and etc) and I don’t see the white line on the right side the same as your screenshot on the other closed thread. I guess this was already fixed when you set the layout sizing to fullscreen. On the other hand, what do you mean by overlay page? would you mind explain it further?

Hey Marc!

Thanks for your fast response, I have checked it in Safari and Chrome and is still there, is specially visible with the dark images, is just one tiny 1px line on the right, also visible in mobile version.

What about the overlay page with my information?

Hello @carlosrodrigueztorre,

In your row settings, you need to turn OFF the Global Container option and then set the width and maximum width to 100%.

I went ahead and edited the page. Please check it now.

Hey Marc!

I have other small problem. I used to have an overlay page that was appearing by clicking the logo on the top right, but with the last updates it stopped working correctly and now just disappear and it’s not showing it anymore…

It was looking like a transparent layer darkening the content that the actual page was showing and with some text on it. It is build as a page so I can edit the content with the theme editor and add and remove text or images

Can you help me there?

Please edit your slider and go to the Module General Options.

Scroll to the bottom and you find the Borders and Overlay settings.

Hey! Thanks for the help, that is not exactly where the problem is. This problem is not related to the slider revolution. I think, it happened after some of the updates, before when you where clicking my logo an overlay with some information was appearing. This overlay was editable as page in Wordpress so I could edit the information. Now I don’t know why it stopped working… not sure where is the problem… can you help me?

Hey Carlos,

I’m sorry but we have no clue as to what your previous setup is.

A way to set up an overlay layer in Slider Revolution though is to use the Global Layers.

I checked your Global Layers and I see a Button which is not visible in the slider.

It doesn’t show up because:

1. There’s no content
   

   

2. Its size is 3000px x 3000px. Setting it to a lower value like 100px x 100px works.

Please set the Global Layers up.
