Hi Chloe,

Thank you for writing in, but I can not replicate the issue on my end, what version of iPhone do you have? Try clearing your iPhone’s browser’s cache and any caching plugins your site might have.

Cheers!

Have had many other iPhone users try and didn’t work either.

Hi @dirtyfrenchgirl

Could you please try switching to parent X theme and test this issue further. Also if you have added any custom JavaScript on to your site, try removing them temporarily and re-test your issue.

If that does not help, try disabling your 3rd party plugins to see if you’re experiencing a plugin conflict. You can refer to this guide here (https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-to-check-for-plugin-conflicts/).

If you’re using a caching plugin, you need to purge your server cache before testing your site.

If none of the above steps work, we still need your iPhone version to replicate your issue.

Thanks!

Hi,

I’ve switched it to parent theme and seems now both iphone and android mobile isn’t showing up for the slider revolution plugin.

I’ve also switched off the plugins to see if anything of it affected it, it made no difference.

iPhone iOS 11.4.1 and Android OxygenOS v 5.1.3

Thanks

Hi There,

Please make sure you didn’t turn on this option:

And the layer mobile visibility option:

If it still doesn’t work, please provide us with your admin account so we can take a closer look at your slider settings.

Thanks.

All settings are off and are showing.

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! I have logged in and checked your slider. There must have an issue with your slide settings. I just could not figure out what is causing it. I have imported a new slider called “Homeslider”. I created a test page and inserted the imported slider and it displays in smaller screens. I even added more slider and still this slider displays in mobile or smaller screen. You can check it out in the secure note.

I am guessing that there must be a setting in your slide that causes the issue. I would recommend that you create another slider and see if you experienced the same issue. You might have change something or must have done something in your slider which made it not to display in smaller screens.

Please let us know how it goes.

How strange! Well, creating new slider seems to have done the trick, not sure what settings was changed as they both look the same.

Thanks for your help!

You’re welcome. Glad we could help.
