I recently updated wordpress and now none of my sliders are showing on live. When I check slider revolution it shows theres an update to 6.3.5 but requires me to buy a license to update it. Xtheme alwasy included slider revolution so I am wondering why I would need to buy a license now or if I even need to update it to fix the issue.

You don’t need to buy the Slider Revolution as it comes as a bundled plugin with the theme. This might be due to the version compatibility issue, I strongly recommend that you stick with the versions listed in our version compatibility page for now to avoid issues.
It has been also found that the X theme has not been updated to the latest version but the Cornerstone has been updated to the latest version. The issue you are having might be due to the incompatibility between X and Cornerstone. I would also suggest you follow the below steps while updating the X theme and the Cornerstone.
If that does not resolve the issue, I would suggest you troubleshot a few common issues on this.

3.Child Theme Related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling CDN
