Slider Revolution not regenerating thumbnails

Hi all,

When I regenerate thumbnails in Slider Revolution for some sliders it is not regenerating any text layers, just the background image. Other ex-template sliders I have created show default/template text but not the updated text. A handful of ex template sliders do not show any text/layers at all, not even the default template text/layers, just the background image. I am assuming that the thumbnail can’t be updated to show new/edited text layers (for example)?
But why is it that some sliders won’t even show the. default template text layers after I have edited them?

Thanks for reaching out.

I checked your site’s home page slider and I’m seeing text, would you mind providing more information what texts are missing?

Perhaps you can also provide admin login credentials in the secure note, I can’t check the layer issues through the code since they are controlled by javascript dynamically.

I am able to create sliders with text. What I am unable to do is get the slider’s thumbnail to show text. Most of my sliders are created from templates, when I edit them and update the thumbnail the thumbnail still shows the old default template text. But with a few sliders, like the attached, the thumbnail shows no text, not even the default template text, just (in this case) a white background. Is there a way to force the thumbnail to show text (either the original template text layer or a new text layer)?
