Slider Revolution not displaying images

See video at the link above. I have two images that are set in slider revolution, that won’t display on the front end of my website.

I checked the site the images shows properly at my end. Please have a look at the screenshot below.

I would suggest you purge all the cache and clear your browser cache then check it in the private mode of the browser. If the issue still persists after clearing cache, please let us know.

Strange. I’ve cleared my browser cache, and checked it with Firefox and Edge, and the images don’t show on my end still. Any ideas?

I can replicate your issue on my end. There could be a plugin that affects your revolution slider images.

I recommend the following troubleshooting procedures before we investigate the settings.

1. TESTING FOR THEME RELATED ISSUE
2. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
3. THEME UPDATE
4. CHILD THEME
5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY

Theme’s up to date.
There’s no plugin conflict because images work on other sliders
There is no child theme installed
No CSS customization
Slider Revolution is up to date

Please turn OFF the Lazy Loading feature in the Slider Settings.

Turned it off. Still the same issue.

Hello @piexec,

It turns out that it is not showing because of the individual Lazy Load in the image layer content settings.

I went ahead and disabled it. The logo and the box are now displaying in your slider.

Check your site now.
