Hey Nik,

Please make sure it is not a HERO SCENE type of slider.

If you can confirm it is not a hero scene, please make sure you are using a compatible version of the plugin. If yes and the issue persists, we need to check the issue directly. Please share site URL and credentials inside a secure note. Also include the name of the slider with issue.
