Slider Revolution Missing From Page Template

hi

I am looking to update the look of our website and spotted a nice looking template in the Design Cloud area. I installed it, but the problem is, everything came across perfectly except the Slider Revolution slide. The image only partially shows in the page preview and the text transition does not show at all, with the following message:

What’s odd is, none of the images that appear in the template, appear in the media gallery, yet they still show in the template, so not sure what is amiss there. I know the images will be replaced by my own, but am wondering where the images are actually stored if they are not in the media library.

Is there a resolution for this at all, especially the slider rev issue? I’d like to see the original image in place and the settings so I can replace the image and have the slider work as it does in the original

Thanks for posting in!

Which of the template from the Design Cloud you have imported? Please see to it that before you import the template, Slider Revolution must be installed and active so that the slider in the template will be imported as well.

Thanks so much for getting back to me.

The theme is Ethos Business and the first time I installed it, yes, I did not have Slider Rev activated, so I reinstalled it and it came in as I showed.

So I deleted both the pages it had created as well as deleting the slider it copied across and then tried it again just now. Here is the result:

That is when I preview the page. You can see it is far from the whole image, as here is the original

Here is how the slide looks in Slider Rev

As you can see it shows no image within it; it is just blank

Something appears not quite right with the template, but am not sure what is causing it, as it looks fine at the Design Cloud area.

Any thoughts Rue?

Hi

OK, so an update, when I clicked on Edit from the Pages > All Pages area, it brought up separate page settings, which included Slider Settings Above Masthead. It was on Deactivated, so I selected the appropriate Revolution Slider and it now looks fine.
