I purchased the Xtheme and it came with Slider Revolution which doesn’t give me an deactivation code. This means I don’t get the auto import. I was going to just buy a license but I saw where that was discouraged because it would cause update issues? Tried to get support through Slider Revolution but I’m not activated.

This is a premium template, so you would need to purchase the plugin separtely to download it.
You can keep using the version bundled with X and you still will get access to their premium templates and support if necessary.
