Slider Revolution loading but not playing (showing)

All plugins and theme updated. Everything works except for the slider., Ideas?

Thank you for writing in I notice that your site is under CloudFlare, Remember to clear all caches (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Hi. I have cleared all cache and it still doesn’t render. You can see the three dots showing it is attempting but the visual never shows

Aside from cloudflare, do you have other server caching? You said site was updated, but I can see you are still using old version of PRO. See this: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cFiqjRFEsu. That means, your site is still loading a cache version. Once all cache is clear, please try again.

Hi Sophia,

I cleared server cache and paused cloudflare and cleared that cache as well. from the dashboard it loads showing the new version. Incognito loads old version still so there is something somewhere loading old. Am out of ideas. Suggestions?

Hi Chris,

The site is still throwing a cached version though. If you have not, please login to your CloudFlare dashboard and Purge Everything in there.

If you have a caching/optimizer/minifier plugins that you deactivated, please enable it back and Clear its caches as well.

If you add something like this /?nocache=1 on your URL, you can bypass the cache and see the updated page version.

Another thing you can try to disable the cachings is one of the method provided here.
