Slider Revolution load icon

Hello! I’m curious if you could look at our website: https://www.southwesternconsulting.com/. It has an issue loading a section that uses slider revolution at the bottom of the page. Other sections that use slider revolution load fine. This section used to load just up until a few weeks ago. Now all we have been seeing is a loading icon. Thanks! so much!

Are you still getting the issue? I have just checked your site and the rev slider that displays the logo on the bottom of the page is displaying correctly on my end:

I have also asked another colleague to check and it works fine on their end as well.

Would you mind clearing your site and browser cache then check again?

Hey there, I checked my personal computer at my house and I’m still showing the loading prompts. Not sure how you were able to see it on your end. Also, I’m using google chrome. Not 100% if I cleared the cache correctly.

I am another staff and tested your site on 2 different PC with Chrome and the logo carousel works on both instances.

Do you have any extensions on your Chrome browser? Can you try to test it on Incognito mode where there are no caching and browser extensions involve?

Hey there, thanks. I tested it in incognito mode and it does show it working. So, as said above, it is a caching issue. I just missed where at I need to clear the cache in xpro. Could you show me, please? Thank you!

The X and Pro Style Cache is only for styling it has nothing to do with the issue. You can clear this under PRO > Status

You said above “I tested it in incognito mode and it does show it working”, that means the issue is more likely on your browser cache, cookies, or browser add-ons. Not with the Pro Style Cache because if it is, then it should not work even in incognito mode.
